Care Practitioner
Crossroads is looking for Care Practitioners to join our team. We are looking for friendly and professional individuals who have versatility to support people with care needs across a broad spectrum including within group settings, one to one care, out in the community or within client's own homes.
Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Applicants should be able to drive and have access to their own car as clients can be based anywhere on Island.
Hours are dependent on the needs of clients and can include early mornings, evenings and weekends, but this will be carried out on a rota basis.
We have various contracts available for this role including part time and full time, and the rate of pay is £11.78 per hour for a worker with no qualifications, £12.50 for a worker with a Level 3 and £13.39 for a worker with a Level 3.

We are looking for a female who is friendly and professional to support children with care needs overnight in either our clients’ homes or in other residential settings.

This role is for 22 guaranteed hours per week.

Shop Worker (Relief)
Crossroads is looking for a friendly and organised Shop Worker to work in our charity shops.
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced, busy environment whilst delivering an excellent customer service to our generous donators and customers.
The successful applicant will also be responsible to support our volunteers and must be able to safely lift and carry bags and boxes.
This is a relief/bank post to provide cover for staff absences and holidays.
The rate of pay or this role is £11.38 per hour.
