Care Practitioner

Crossroads is looking for a part time Care Practitioner to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and versatile to support people with care needs in a variety of settings including in our Day Services Centre, in our clients' own homes and out in the community.

Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle as clients can be based anywhere on Island.

Hours are dependent on the needs of our clients and may include early mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

This role is for 18 hours per week and the rate of pay is £12.50 per hour for a practitioner with no qualifications and £14.25 for a practitioner with a Level 3 qualification.
