In 2018, we asked carers living in the Isle of Man to take part in a Carers Survey to help us understand how we could help you on your caring journey. This year, we are asking you to do the same.
The Carers Survey will help us to understand what life is like for carers and how caring impacts your life. Your contribution is invaluable and will allow us to make sure our services, policies, events, opportunities, publications and profile reflect the actual wants and needs of carers across the Isle of Man, and that we can continue to campaign for your rights. Your contribution will also help us to work in partnership with the Department of Health and Social Care to ensure a joined up and collaborative approach to supporting all carers living on the Island.
The survey is completely anonymous and be accessed via the link below:
Alternatively, if you would prefer a paper copy of the survey please get in touch and we can arrange to have one sent to you along with a stamped address envelope for you to return the survey to us.
We will also be running a number of drop-in sessions for anyone who would like to respond to the survey in person or would like more information. Details of these drop-in sessions will be announced soon.
We also have a separate Young Carers Survey which is specifically designed for any carers under the age of 18. If you are a young carer, the survey can be accessed via the link below:
If the survey raises any concerns or you have any questions, please contact Crossroads on 01624 673103.
This survey has been put together in partnership with the Department of Health and Social Care and we are pleased to be working with them to understand together how we can help you on your caring journey.
