Children's Services Support Worker
Crossroads is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Children’s Services team.
You will be responsible for supporting children of all ages, with and without additional care needs, across all of our children’s services which includes Young Carers, Holiday Scheme, our nursery, Nursery Outreach and our ASK project.
Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as we encourage personal and professional development and full training will be given.
Applicants must be aged 25+ to drive our minibuses and should have a clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as our clients can be based anywhere on Island.
This is a varied and exciting role, and applicants must be able to work flexible hours as our Young Carers project takes place after school.
The rate of pay for this role is £13.38 per hour for a worker with no qualifications and £15.25 per hour for a worker with a Level 3 qualification.

Young Carers Sessional Worker
Crossroads is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Young Carers team.
You will work on our Young Carers project which offers children with a caring role the opportunity to meet with other young people in a supportive environment. The sessions give young carers a break away from their caring responsibilities whilst enjoying a variety of activities including arts, sports, games and trips out.
Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a varied and exciting role, and applicants must be able to work evenings as our Young Carers project takes place after school.
The rate of pay for this role is £15.25 per hour.

Skills Café Support Worker
Crossroads has an exciting new role available for someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to grow our developing Skills Café.
Our Skills Café is located in our Tynwald Street Community Space and is run by individuals with disabilities. The Café helps to teach them new skills whilst gaining experience.
We are looking for someone who can run a small community café, and supervise, teach and encourage our team in a safe and supportive environment. We are also looking for someone who can provide a high quality service to our customers.
This role is for 30 hours per week which will be worked 9.30am to 3.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. This is initially a fixed term six month contract, and the rate of pay is £14 per hour.

Delivery Driver (Bank)
Due to the popularity of our charity shops and the Crossroads Manx Workshop, we are looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team of bank staff and help us with our collection and delivery services.
We are looking for individuals who can deliver a professional and friendly service to our generous donators and customers, and who can lift and carry furniture safely.
Applicants must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes and have a full, clean driving licence.
This is a relief/bank post to provide cover for staff absences and holidays, and busy periods, and applicants may be required to work on a Saturday when needed.
The rate of pay for this role is £12.84 per hour.

Care Practitioner
Crossroads is looking for Care Practitioners to join our team.
We are looking for individuals who are friendly, professional and versatile to support people with care needs in a variety of settings including in our Day Services Centre, in our clients' own homes and out in the community.
Qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Applicants should be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle as clients can be based anywhere on Island.
Hours are dependent on the needs of our clients and may include early mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
We have guaranteed full time and part time contracts available for this role, and the rate of pay is £13.38 per hour for a practitioner with no qualifications, £14.45 for a practitioner with a Level 2 qualification, and £15.25 for a practitioner with a Level 3 qualification.
