New Phone Number Added to Carers Advice Helpline
Monday 30th March 2020
Crossroads has added a second phone number to the Carers Advice helpline for any carers who need some extra support.
T | (07624) 566382
This new number is in addition to the original information given out and is aimed to increase the amount of support our staff can provide during the COVID-19 pandemic. Carers can still use the original phone number and email address:
T | (07624) 202197
E | firstname.lastname@example.org
The dedicated helpline has been set up to give any carers who are struggling advice and support to ensure carers in our community are kept safe and well. This service will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about caring, and signpost you to other services that will be able to help if we cannot.
We must stress that we cannot give any medical advice. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19 then please visit the Isle of Man Government website for the latest information on what you should do.
We are continually assessing the situation to ensure our services are providing the best support possible to local carers and the people they care for.
