Coronavirus Update

With yesterday's announcement, we have had to make some changes to our services for the next few weeks.

Our Nursery will be closing with immediate effect, but will remain open to the children of key workers and for vulnerable children. We will also be temporarily stopping some of our projects including Young Carers. All services users will be informed if their services are to be affected. We will be making a further announcement tomorrow about our Day Services Centre.

Care at Home services will still be running, and if anyone needs any extra support such as shopping or medication collection, please get in touch. We are here to help.

Our Main Office will remain open, but please note on some occasions we may not be operating our usual hours. If you cannot reach the office please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our main priority is to ensure that ALL carers continue to receive the support they need over the next few weeks, and we would like to reassure you that we will continue to support you at this difficult time and will be offering alternative support when needed.

We have also reactivated our dedicated helpline to give carers advice on coronavirus should they need it. This service will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about caring, and signpost you to other services that will be able to help if we cannot. We will be announcing additional measures in the next few days and will continue to monitor the situation to ensure we are providing the best possible help we can.

We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding at this time.
