Carers Advice Coronavirus (COVID-19) Helpline
Thursday 19th March 2020
Crossroads has set up a dedicated helpline to give carers advice on Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our main priority remains ensuring carers in our community are kept well and safe. Therefore, we have set up a phone line and email address to act as a temporary helpline for carers.

This service will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about caring, and signpost you to other services that will be able to help if we cannot.
This service is also for carers who need help and advice with self-isolation or social distancing.
We must stress that we cannot give any medical advice. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19 then please visit the Isle of Man Government website for the latest information on what you should do.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will be providing regular updates on how our services will be affected. All of our service users will be informed of any changes.
Whilst none of us know how long this will last, we will continue to support our island’s carers the best we can and hope we can all come together as a community in these difficult times.
