Musicale, one of the busiest singing groups on the Isle of Man, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a concert of their favourite songs.
The group will perform at Eden Park on Friday 22nd June 2012 with refreshments served from 7pm. The concert also marks Riley’s of Eden Park’s 130th anniversary.
Funds raised from the concert will be donated to Crossroads Care as Eden Park’s charity of the year for 2012.
John Riley of Musicale said: “We are pleased to be involved with Crossroads Care and my brother’s business and join in the celebrations of their 130 years and our 25 years. We will perform mostly light show stuff most people are familiar with and enjoy and hope the event will be an appropriate celebration as well as a fundraising event for a great local cause”.
Martyn Riley of Eden Park said: “It is a milestone in the history of a family business on the Isle of Man. Five generations of Rileys have worked in the business and we hope the tradition will stay for another 130 years. Musicale is a very talented group of musicians and we hope the concert goes off with a swing. We have our fingers crossed for lovely weather so people can get outside and enjoy the evening”.
A grand raffle and birthday celebrations will also be held on the evening. Tickets are available now from Crossroads on 673103 or Eden Park on 616166. For more information visit www.iom.com/musicale.
